“Ab ke hum bichre to shayad kabhi khwabon mein milein.
Jis tarah sookhey hue phool kitabon mein milein.”
Today ‘Salam Zindagi’ was about the fear and reality of losing your loved ones, when you lose someone to death, you cope up. But what happens when you lose someone who is still alive? What happens when you don’t even know where they are? Could anything be worse?
The lost are rarely found, but what made this episode of ‘Salam Zindagi’ so special is that what rarely happens, happened! The lost were found! Loved ones were reunited!
In an earlier episode a bubbly woman named ruby came to the show and used the platform to tell her story. She told how she got lost 4 years ago and since then had been living at the Edhi Centre, her family watched the show and in this way ‘Salam Zindagi’ played it’s role in reuniting a family.
Through this episode of ‘Salam Zindagi’, Faysal Qureshi taught us to value our families while we still have them! “You only know what you’ve got when it’s gone.” Unfortunately, many people only realize the fortune they had when they lose it. We have become so accustomed to the blessings in our daily life that we take most of it for granted.
Value the true treasures in your life!
The true bliss of life lies not so much in materialistic things, but in the wonderful moments you share with your family, beloved ones, and friends. Find the lost connection before you lose it completely to fate.
